I am an organizational behavior researcher.
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
My research examines (a) why and when people feel fairly treated at work and (b) difficult workplace communications such voicing ideas or asking for feedback.
My work has been published in leading management and psychology journals including Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
My work has also been highlighted by publications such as Harvard Business Review, HR People + Strategy, I/O at work.
